Cancellation Policy
At World Packages Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all our customers.
1. General Policy
Customers may cancel their bookings at any time prior to the tour date.
Refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation and the type of tour booked.
2. Standard Tours
Cancellation up to 30 days before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellation between 29–15 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
3. VIP & Custom Tours
For VIP, luxury, or tailor-made tours, cancellations must be made at least 45 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 44–30 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund.
4. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be communicated via email (info@worldpackegestours.com) or phone (+41 79 883 91 07).
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, travel restrictions, government regulations, etc.), World Packages Tours reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative solutions.
Refunds for exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Important Notes
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original booking.
Any additional services booked separately (flights, hotels, transfers) may have different cancellation terms.
